Remarques & avis / Review — A fine and subtle panorama of the Katsura Imperial Villa (Kyoto) by Tatsuzo SATO, who had been taking pictures of the villa for more than a decade, followed by an essay by the Japanese ethnologist Tadao UMESAWA and the architecture critic Noboru KAWAZOE. A great attention to details, lines, materials and structures, and pictures excellently rendered by quality photogravure.
