Review — Contemporary original print, well-framed, from Shotaro AKIYAMA's Roses (Bara) series in the early 1970s. The shot distinguishes itself from the renowned Japanese photographer's other rose pictures, through an uncommon profile shot setting and a subtle and discreet arrangement. Interesting composition : one flower and three buds, in one slightly off-centered vertical line and two curves, accentuated thanks to an indistinct blue-green background with pink nuances. Discreet elegance!
