A capital piece of work in which is discussed, from the inside, the whole Provoke adventure — a radical and critical counter to established photography and society — as well as the causes for its demise. Mazu is considered as the continuation of the Provoke magazine and features their distinctive bure-boke pictures, mostly previously unpublished in book form. Letterprint changes for each chapter. The group disbanded after the publication of this remarkable final volume. Rather uncommon, particularly in fine condition.

Ouvrage capital dans lequel sont discutées l'aventure radicale et le projet ambitieux de Provoke — une remise en cause radicale et critique de la photographie établie — et les raisons de son échec. Mazu est considéré comme la continuation des magazines Provoke et contient ces photos bure-boke si distinctives, la plupart inédites. la typographie change par ailleurs à chaque chapitre. Le mouvement fut dissout après la publication de ce remarquable volume final. Rare, particulièrement en bel état.
