This publication stands out among Daido MORIYAMA's other works, thanks to the elegance of the binding and slipcase, and the obscurity and the depth of the blacks which suits so perfectly the mountains and seashore of Japan's coastal countryside.
Takuno livre les clichés pris dans cette petite ville de la préfecture de Shimane en 1987. Contrastes forts, un air étrange d'autres temps : une très belle série de clichés en habit blanc. Une publication qui tranche par rapport aux autres livres de MORIYAMA Daido, par l'élégance de la reliure et de l'étui, et l'obscurité et la profondeur des noirs, qui sied si bien à la montagne et bord de mer de la campagne littorale du Japon.
